Order processing and delivery times

We process all orders as soon as possible. Delivery time varies depending on the product, its availability and delivery address. The estimated delivery time can be found on the product page in our online store.

Delivery methods and prices

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free delivery to ATMs or Posti for orders over €145 (VAT 0).
  • Free delivery to your destination for orders over €145 (VAT 0).
  • Value added tax (VAT) is added to the prices.

Delivery methods available in our online store:

Postal

  • Pick-up from a Posti office or ATM : €0 / €7.90
    Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed.
    Once the package has arrived at the machine, you will receive a text message with a slot code. You can pick up your order at the SmartPOST machine of your choice.

  • Delivery to store : €10.90
    Delivery to the recipient is generally the next business day from the date the order is processed. Posti will call in advance to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached, a call request will be sent to arrange a time.

DB Schenker

  • Pick up from the machine : €0 / €6.90
    Free shipping on orders over €145 (VAT 0). Delivery time usually 1–4 business days.

  • Delivery to your address : €0 / €10.90
    Free for orders over €145 (VAT 0).

Pick up from store

  • Pick up from store : €0
    You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days of ordering.

Exceptional delivery times

If the delivery of a product is significantly delayed from the estimated delivery time, we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to deliver products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.

The product pages show the product's stock status. You can also order more products than are in stock, in which case the delivery time is usually 1–2 weeks.

If your delivery is significantly delayed and our customer service has not been in touch, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel the order if necessary, in which case the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
