TIRTIR Ceramic Milk Ampoule is an effective 3-in-1 serum that provides the skin with deep hydration, nourishment and leaves it radiantly glowing.

The ampoule is enriched with vegan milk obtained from the fermentation process of Lactobacillus and soy milk.

Gives the skin a luxurious dose of nutrients, moisturizing and refreshing it.

Rapeseed oil, derived from the Oryza Sativa plant, provides intensive hydration and supports the formation of a healthy skin barrier.

In addition, coconut oil provides exceptional moisturizing properties, leaving the skin soft and supple.

Rice oil and coconut oil offer deep moisturizing and support a healthy skin barrier
(the outermost layer of the skin) formation.
Peptides and phytoamino acid complex moisturize the skin effectively and revitalize damaged skin.
A healthy barrier and hydrated skin = happy skin.
Great for sensitive and dry skin, but suitable for all skin types.

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients thoroughly by shaking the bottle before use.
Press the pump and turn to open the vial.
Apply the ampoule to the face in light outward movements.
Lightly press the serum into the skin so that it is absorbed well.

Order processing and delivery times

Free delivery to destination for orders over €190 (VAT 0).
Value added tax (VAT) is added to the prices.

When the package has arrived at the machine, you will receive a text message with a compartment code. You can pick up your order from the SmartPOST machine of your choice.

Delivery to the recipient, as a rule, on the next business day from the order processing date. Posti calls in advance to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached, a call request will be mailed to arrange a time.

Exceptional delivery times

We offer unused products a 14-day exchange and return right from the date of the invoice. The right of exchange and return does not apply to products with a promotional price or chemical products.

Uncollected shipment

Failure to collect the shipment is not a valid reason for return. For all returns that are left uncollected and arrive at us without a return form, we deduct 15 euros for handling and shipping costs incurred.

Exchange and return right conditions

The customer is always responsible for the shipping costs that may arise from the return, unless it is a return due to a product defect.
The right to exchange and return only applies to unused products. We do not refund product returns if the product has been used or its packaging is not in a salable condition, unless it is a return due to a product defect.
The right of exchange and return does not apply to products at a promotional price or to chemical products.
Custom products, furniture and products ordered separately for the customer do not have the right of exchange/return.
We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery, credit package or post-demand. We are not responsible for errors and damages caused by incorrect storage or handling of the product by the customer, or by using the product in an unsuitable manner or under unsuitable operating conditions.
The customer must himself ensure the suitability of the product for the intended purpose of use. If the return of the product is not caused by the Seller, the Customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return.

Dispute resolution

Disagreements that may have arisen from the transaction should primarily be handled between the parties. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the matter will be dealt with in the district court of the seller's domicile.
