These order and delivery terms apply to Nicca's (hereinafter "Nicca", "Nicca.fi") online store at www.nicca.fi . When ordering products from the online store, the user agrees to these conditions.

You can make purchases in the online store if you are over 18 years old.
After placing the order and accepting the order and delivery conditions, you will receive a binding order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided with the order. We reserve the right to change prices, order and delivery conditions on a case-by-case basis.
The subscriber is responsible for the use of his own account and password and for their careful storage. The subscriber undertakes to provide the correct information in connection with the order.

In the online store, product prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added to the product price at checkout.
The price of the product is the price that is displayed for the product at the time of ordering in the online store. Possible delivery and handling costs are shown at checkout. Pickup orders from the store are free. Heavy or large deliveries may incur additional costs. Possible additional costs will be announced at checkout for the selected delivery method.
We reserve the right to cancel the order in case of obvious price errors. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error of the product in the online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates significantly and clearly from the correct price of the product. Obvious price errors can include the following examples:

As a rule, we process incoming orders within 1-3 working days. The customer also has the option to choose pickup from our own store in the yard of Espoo as the delivery method. Pickup orders can usually be picked up 1-2 business days after the order.
The delivery time depends on the product, its availability and the delivery address. The product's delivery time estimate can be found in the online store on the product page.

If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed from the estimated delivery time indicated on the website, Nicca's customer service will contact the customer via the email address provided during the order. Nicca.fi reserves the right to deliver the products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.
If the product does not arrive within a reasonable time frame and our customer service has not contacted the customer, please contact customer service at email@example.com or phone 044-347 7799. We reserve the right to refuse the order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days.
The product's warranty period is announced in the Nicca.fi online store on the product's page. The warranty does not cover defects related to normal use and wear. The warranty also does not cover defects that can be considered to be caused by careless use of the product or neglect of care.
The customer has the right to cancel the order if the order has not yet been delivered. If the subscriber wants to cancel his order, he must contact our customer service by email. The e-mail must state the subscriber's name, address and order number. We will refund the payment of the canceled order within 14 days.
The delivery is deemed to have been accepted unless it has been pointed out within 14 days of delivery.
Always contact customer service first before returning the product.
The price of the product will be returned using the same payment method with which the product was originally paid for. Please note that this also applies to products received as a gift. If you return the gift, the price will be returned to the buyer using the same payment method with which the product was paid.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is returned due to damage or defects.
A handling fee of €15 is charged for other than wrong deliveries and warranty returns.
The seller will not refund the product return if the product has been used or its packaging is not in a salable condition, unless it is a return due to a product defect.
Products ordered outside the stock selection at the buyer's request do not have the right of exchange or return.
The product must be unused, in salable condition and in the original packaging that matches new. If you notice that your shipment is damaged, report it immediately to the post office, which will file a damage report.
Simply returning the goods or not picking them up from the post office without a separate notice of cancellation is not a sufficient reason for the return.
