We process incoming orders as soon as possible after placing the order. The delivery time depends on the product, its availability and the delivery address. The product's delivery time estimate can be found in the online store on the product page.
We offer free delivery for orders over €145 (VAT 0) for pickup from the machine or Posti.
Delivery to the store is free for orders over €190 (VAT 0%).
VAT is added to the prices.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days after sending the order.
The parcel machine is a convenient way to receive parcels. You will receive a box code from Posti via text message when the package has arrived at the machine and you can use the code to redeem your order at the SmartPOST machine of your choice.
Post: Delivery at the agreed time - €12.90
Arrived at the recipient, as a rule, on the working day following the order processing date. Posti always calls the recipient in advance to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached, a call request will be mailed to the recipient to arrange a delivery time.

Pickup from our store - €0
Pick up from our store in Espoo. For pick-up orders, the customer receives a confirmation to the e-mail address they provided when ordering when the order can be picked up from the store. Pickup orders can usually be picked up 1-2 business days after the order.
If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed from the estimated delivery time indicated on the website, Nicca's customer service will contact the customer via the email address provided during the order. Nicca.fi reserves the right to deliver the products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.
The stock balance of that product is visible on the product pages. If you wish, you can order more products than we have in stock. In such a situation, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks.
If the product does not arrive within a reasonable time frame and our customer service has not contacted the customer, please contact customer service. We reserve the right to refuse the order if necessary. In such a case, the payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days.
