  • Free delivery to the machine or Posti for orders over €145 (VAT 0).
  • Free delivery to destination for orders over €190 (VAT 0).
  • Value added tax (VAT) is added to the prices.

  • Pickup from a Post office or machine : €0 / €7.90
    Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after sending the order.
    When the package has arrived at the machine, you will receive a text message with a compartment code. You can pick up your order from the SmartPOST machine of your choice.

  • Delivery at the agreed time : €12.90
    Delivery to the recipient, as a rule, on the next business day from the order processing date. Posti calls in advance to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient cannot be reached, a call request will be mailed to arrange a time.

DB Schenker

  • Withdrawal from the vending machine : €0 / €6.90
    Free delivery for orders over €145 (VAT 0). Delivery time usually 1–4 business days.

  • Delivery to destination : €0 / €10.90
    Free for orders over €145 (VAT 0).

Pickup from the store

  • Pickup from the store : €0
    When your order is available for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days of ordering.

Exceptional delivery times

If the delivery of the product is significantly delayed from the estimated delivery time, we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to deliver the products ordered at the same time separately if necessary.

The stock balance of the product is shown on the product pages. You can also order more products than are in stock, in which case the delivery time is usually 1–2 weeks.

If the delivery is significantly delayed and our customer service has not been in contact, please contact us. We reserve the right to cancel the order if necessary, in which case the payment will be returned within 14 days.

Professional products are sold only under the terms and conditions of the business transaction.

We offer unused products a 14-day exchange and return right from the date of the invoice. The right of exchange and return does not apply to products with a promotional price or chemical products.

Uncollected shipment

Failure to collect the shipment is not a valid reason for return. For all returns that are left uncollected and arrive at us without a return form, we deduct 15 euros for handling and shipping costs incurred.

Exchange and return right conditions

  • The customer is always responsible for the shipping costs that may arise from the return, unless it is a return due to a product defect.
  • The right to exchange and return only applies to unused products. We do not refund product returns if the product has been used or its packaging is not in a salable condition, unless it is a return due to a product defect.
  • The right of exchange and return does not apply to products at a promotional price or to chemical products.
  • Custom products, furniture and products ordered separately for the customer do not have the right of exchange/return.
  • We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery, credit package or post-demand. We are not responsible for errors and damages caused by incorrect storage or handling of the product by the customer, or by using the product in an unsuitable manner or under unsuitable operating conditions.
  • The customer must himself ensure the suitability of the product for the intended purpose of use. If the return of the product is not caused by the Seller, the Customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return.

Dispute resolution

Disagreements that may have arisen from the transaction should primarily be handled between the parties. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the matter will be dealt with in the district court of the seller's domicile.
